The SYNERGISE project participated in the Security Research Event (SRE) 2025, held in Warsaw on 24–25 June 2025. Co-organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs and the SEREN5 Network of Security National Contact Points, the event gathered over 600 participants—from academia, end-users, policy-makers, and civil society—under the theme “Boosting security through EU‑based innovation.”

SYNERGISE joined SRE 2025 to present its innovative solutions developed under Horizon Europe, supporting the EU’s mission to strengthen the security and resilience of European societies. Through a dedicated booth in the exhibition area, the project engaged with participants and showcased a range of operational technologies designed to support first responders in disaster scenarios, enhance situational awareness, and improve interoperability.

Through live demonstrations and interactive discussions, participants gained insights into SYNERGISE’s real-world applications and its relevance for European civil protection.

SYNERGISE is empowering first responders through integrated, tested, and field-ready security technologies.

The project presented how a collaborative European R&D effort can lead to actionable, interoperable, and sustainable tools for disaster preparedness and emergency response.
