The SYNERGISE project is committed to enhancing the efficiency and safety of first responders involved in life-saving missions. The objective is to develop an advanced toolkit known as the Novel Integrated Toolkit for Collaborative Response and Enhanced Situational Awareness (NIT-CRES).
The project actively participated in the event of the Mediterranean practitioners’ network capacity building for effective response to emerging security challenges (MEDEA) held in Athens, Greece on October 30th and 31st, 2023. This significant gathering, supported by the IFAFRI forum, focused on “Current and Foreseen Security Operations: Challenges and Capability Gaps,” fostering constructive dialogues among practitioners, policymakers, and industry experts.
On the first day of the event, the focus was on project’s final results and outcomes, showcasing the impactful contributions to the field. The second day the marketplace was launched, presenting an array of technological solutions ready for implementation in diverse security operations. This event served as a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange, supporting the SYNERGISE project’s commitment to advancing the capabilities of emergency responders.
